Photo Release / Acknowledgement

I herby give permission for my image(s) and/or my son's image to be captured during regular and special scouting activities through photographs, digital camera, film, videotapes, electronic representations and/or sound recordings made of me and/or my son by Westchester Troop915. I herby release BSA Westchester Troop 915 from any and all libality from such use of publications.

I herby authorize the reproduction, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photographs, digital camera, film, videotapes, electronic representations and/or sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of BSA Troop 915.

This release/acknowledgement will be maintained by web host and/or troop secretary for the duration of image publications. You may request to withdraw this release/acknowledgement at any time upon request made to the Web-Host, Secretary, Scout Master and or Troop officers. It will also be withdrawn with-in 30 days of leaving troop membership.
